EVEREST SKYDIVE by Archana Sardana, founder of 'Women Skydivers of India'
Aim To be India's first woman to do a solo skydive with the Indian Flag from 29,500 ft. and freefall past Mount Everest on to the highest drop zone in the world at Shyangboche, 12,350 ft. Among Indian's only two senior serving officers of the Indian Air Force who are professional skydivers have attempted the jump till date.

Expenditure - Rupees 7,50,000 (15,000 USD)
Request for funding support - Last year I went till the Base Camp, Everest, saw foreigners doing this extreme adventure challenge but could not take the leap because of insufficient funds.
Recently I jumped with the Indian flag in USA and I think that alone is a good enough reason to do this. Therefore I request family and friends for a contribution of minimum Rs 5000 (100 USD) each. In the event of collection of an amount greater than required it will be donated to the 'Eye Bank Association of India'. Your name and amount contributed will be put up on this website and I shall mail you a copy of the DVD of the aerial video.
It is an acid test of whether I have atleast 150 well wishers in life! I thank those who have already contributed.
