Vision

The lady skydivers in conjunction with their male counterparts (civilian and military) will  ‘fall from the skies!’ as ‘Demonstration Skydivers’ at public / private events and   propagate the  cause of ‘Eye Donation’ and create mass awareness and motivation among the Indian  populace to gift ‘Sight’ to its 1.5 crore (15 million) blind which sadly include 20 lakh (2 million) children and try to make their country ‘Blind Free’.

Mission

(a) To make India’s first ‘Skydiving Demonstration Team’ consisting of members other than the serving Armed Forces personnel.

(b) To facilitate the formation and participation of India’s first all woman four-way skydiving team at international competitions through corporate involvement and sponsorships.

(c) To synergize resources and expertise by liaising with Indian Air Force, Army and Navy skydiving teams and the Aero Club of India.

(d) To bring every paratrooper and skydiver in India to a common platform by creating an online database.

(e) Conduct regular skydiving camps in Indian drop zones / airfields at affordable costs.

(f) To encourage women to attempt every national and international solo and team records set by Indian men (civilian and military).

(g) To host a website www.indianskyjumpers.comand publish a magazine to cater to aero sports with primary emphasis on Skydiving.

(h) Be authorized dealers for companies like ‘Para Gear’ and ‘Bev Suits’ to provide world class para and allied aero sports equipment in India.

(i) Career planning, performance monitoring, professional access, representation, travel management, public relations and sponsor management etc. for upcoming skydivers by our team of professional MBA’s in Sports Management.

(j) Provide Parachutes and allied equipment belonging to the league at token charges to individuals keen on training abroad or at camps in India.
